All purchase orders shall be included PO number, products information, quantity, specifications, desired delivery date, price, detailed shipping and billing address, and all other relevant information necessary to effectuate shipment of the products by seller.
Orders may be placed by e-mail or fax. To ensure the accuracy of an order, customers are encouraged to send their purchase orders to sales@beyond-pharma.com. Orders will be processed daily during our standard office hours, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Orders received after 6:00 pm will be processed the following business day.
Pricing
All prices are shown in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change by seller without notice.
Our written price quotations are valid for 30 days from issue. And the prices do not include sales, use, excise or similar taxes. Consequently, the amount of any present or future sales, use or other similar tax applicable to the sale or use of the products shall be paid by purchaser.
Discounts are available for large orders of any single-unit item listed in our catalog, additional discounts may be realized for large bulk quantity.
Shipment
Products are shipped via Express such as Chinese EMS and FedEx, unless customers specify their carrier of choice. Unless specified, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
We will keep purchaser informed of the delivery time and shipping information.
Acceptance/Return
All orders for products shall be subject to acceptance by seller at seller’s discretion. Purchaser shall not return any products actually delivered to purchaser without the written consent of, and upon terms agreed to, by seller.
All claims for replacement or credit must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. 20% processing fee may be imposed on items returned due to your error.
Payment
The payment term will be indicated in our quotation.
All payments must be received in US Dollars. Payments should be wired to our bank account using the information on the invoices.
Confidentiality Agreement
To protect the intellectual rights, IP security and confidentiality, we will sign confidential agreement with customers for important projects.
